Indeed, the problem wasn't that SendGrid failed to send all the emails (it didn't fail) Meaning that the receiving mail servers had successfully received the emails. SendGrid's Activity Feed displayed the "Delivered" status for all emails, Still, I wanted to mention this because at first I thought that the problem was in SendGrid.
